Gates of Righteousness

 

 

Gates of Righteousness was a cantata written by Meir Finkelstein to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of Congregation Shaarey Zedek, outside Detroit.

 

Words were by Meir’s brother Aryeh and orchestrations by James Stephenson.

 

Maestro Leonard Slatkin conducted the Detroit Symphony Orchestra in a single performance on June 7, 2012.
